Remote Helper for your computer

Install the free Remote Helper to connect Mac or Windows to Remote Mouse & Keyboard, Mouse · Keyboard, and our keypad apps. File Explorer & Player uses it to browse Mac or Windows files; Windows requires helper version 2026.12 or later. TV pairing and Watch Battery Monitor do not need it.

  1. Set up Remote Helper on Mac.
  2. Set up Remote Helper on Windows.
  3. Connect your computer and approve access.

TV help, by platform

Choose your platform for its own pairing steps: Samsung, LG, Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Hisense, or Vizio.

Remote Mouse & Keyboard also has experimental Sony BRAVIA and Panasonic VIERA connection modes, with dedicated pairing and manual IP setup guides.

Features vary by device. Read the supported-device guide and known limitations before relying on wake, volume, text entry, or app launching.
